  • Various usability issues related to the necessary functions search, naming of sections and labels.
  • Unclear resulting interface for the end users.
  • Post-survey revealed missing features that are positively required by users.
  • A new website concept was created with less pages and different wording, its interactive prototypes have been user tested.
  • The new website first was published for 1/3 of the traffic and necessary measurements were done.
  • After that was the new website was released for all users.
