The process of ordering and searching for products was tested.

Issues IDENTIFIED
  • Faulty website search engine unable to handle several key phrases, common typos, and search patterns.
  • Inefficient category pages with too few filters.
  • Unclear sorting icons.
  • User unfriendly product cards, especially the displays of detailed product information.
  • Inconvenient product comparison mechanism which some users didn't even notice.
  • Customers couldn't easily select their desired pickup point using the map and list views.

A detailed prototype based on the research data was developed and tested. Changes were then implemented on the website.
