identified Issues
  • Faults of the website search engine. It was unable to handle several key phrases, common typos and search patterns.
  • Inefficient category pages with too few filters.
  • Unclear sorting icons.
  • User unfriendly product cards, especially display of detailed product information.
  • Inconvenient product comparison mechanism, some users didn't notice it at all.
  • Customers could hardly select the desired pickup point using the map and the list views.

A detailed prototype based on the research data has been developed and tested. After that, changes were implemented for the live version of the website.
